WHAT'S THIS?

From 1st September 2024, The Ticket Factory is powered by AXS.

If you bought your tickets before 1st September 2024, there’s nothing you need to do and if you’ve already got your tickets, they’ll still work when you get to the venue.

If you haven’t received them yet, you’ll still get them at least two weeks before your event.

If you bought your tickets after 1st September 2024, you'll be able to manage them through your AXS account.
